Baylor Scott & White Health Acupuncturist Part Time Days in Round Rock, Texas
The Acupuncturist conducts relevant history and exam, formulates appropriate diagnosis, and performs acupuncture, including electro-acupuncture, on patients referred by a qualified health care provider for the treatment of pain and restoration of health. The Acupuncturist plans and evaluates patients' treatment program in coordination with medical staff. The Acupuncturist provides accurate evaluation of patient response to plan of care as appropriate. The Acupuncturist evaluates charts and reports on patient's progress. The Acupuncturist establishes rapport with patient in a professional manner. The Acupuncturist maintains accurate records and prepares timely reports according to department, Scott & White and regulatory policies, procedures and guidelines.
The ideal candidate for The Acupuncturist must have critical care experience with excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and organizational skills that also maintains professionalism and objectivity in member interactions.
