Dell Business Transformation Change Management Program Manager in Round Rock, Texas
As the Business Transformation Change Management Program Manager, you will lead and facilitate the people side of Transformation programs and activities. The ideal candidate will provide consulting to leaders and groups across the Storage Organization and will lead efforts that support achievement of transformative goals. The successful candidate will be a both a leader and an implementer; equally comfortable in coaching senior executives and creating and delivering detailed change and communications plans. While this position does not have supervisory responsibility, you will need to work through many others in the organization to succeed.
Develop, manage, own, and implement strategic and tactical change management plans – including communications and stakeholder engagement, sponsorship and leadership alignment, resistance management, workforce transition, and training
Identify and engage key stakeholder groups to facilitate successful accomplishment of program or project goals
Enable, coach, and support employee-facing managers and executive business leaders in their efforts to provide change leadership and sponsorship
Plan, implement and keep updated targeted, relevant, and contextual communications for multiple audiences.
Perform impact assessments; listening for and identifying potential people-side change risks and developing specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns
Connect strategy to people, work, and activities to execute transformation programs and projects. Simplify complex messages to easily understand content.
Measure effectiveness of change management by regularly evaluating program successes, prioritizing opportunities and risks, as well as incorporating feedback / lessons learned
Partner with and collaborate with Global Communications team for the development and execution of communications strategy and plans
Strategize and partner with key stakeholders to develop and execute change action plans
Become a business, system, and process expert in aspects of the transformation portfolio and expand that knowledge as a thought leader. Understand as-is and to-be states
Work with training resources to develop appropriate training strategy, plan, and curriculum for impacted audiences.
Develop and deploy educational opportunities to build competencies related to organizational change management in leaders and project teams.
Some travel required, up to 10%

7+ years of organizational change management or marketing experience in a large enterprise environment.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Marketing, Management or equivalent consulting experience; MBA preferred.
Experience executing on organization change management priorities in a global and matrixed organization.
Integration experience; delivering change projects within a merger or acquisition
Project management; hands-on delivery and working across the project lifecycle.
Training development/delivery; requirements definition, building and delivering learning solutions.
Organization design; including role definition and aligning touch points between roles
