Dell Learning & Development Program Manager in Round Rock, Texas

  • Act as a Learning and Talent consultant to the business by providing strategic direction to the executive population to build upon career capabilities and drive individual performance through one on one coaching.Partner with HR Business Partners to enhance HR’s capability to provide support to line clients.Facilitate development content to executive level audiences, both in-person and virtually.Participate in the strategy and creation of the Services & IT Talent Development Programs, including: content planning, development analytics, and Hogan assessment coaching.
