JobSummary–ThePatientAccessTeamLeadisresponsibleforprovidingfeedbackondailyregistrationprocessesandstaffingissuestothePatientAccessSupervisororPatientAccessManager.Provideassistancetostafflevelemployeesasnecessarytoinsurecompliancewithdepartmentpoliciesandprocedures.Assistleadershipwithstaffing,reportreconciliation,QAprocess,andotherdutiesasassigned.

10hours),somebending,stooping,walkingandstretching.Requireseye-handcoordinationandmanualdexteritysufficienttooperateakeyboard,photocopier, telephone,calculatorandotherofficeequipment.Requiresnormalrangeofhearingandeyesighttorecord,prepareandcommunicateappropriatereportsorotherinformation.Requiresliftingpapers/boxesandpushing/pullingupto25poundsoccasionally.Pushingcomputercartonwheelswhileregisteringpatientsduringthedurationoftheshift(whichcouldbe7-10hours).Workmaybestressfulat times.Contactmayinvolvedealingwithangry,upsetoremotionalpeople.Staffmustremainflexibleandavailabletoprovidestaffingassistanceforany/alldisasteroremergencysituations.
