Dell Segment Execution Marketing Strategist in Round Rock, Texas
Drive execution strategies and communications on behalf of the business segments back into the North America planning, execution and operations teams (CRM, lead ops, analytics, Digital and Direct teams).
Includes working with the targeting team, audience strategist, vehicle leads, strategic vendors, and various internal teams (such as Events, Direct Marketing, Media, Marketing technology, Content & Messaging, and Analytics) to build the team’s roadmap & go-to-market nurture plans.

Act as quarterback with the various marketing execution and operations teams to drive segment marketing strategies
Drive contact strategy (planning and operations) for the medium business segment, North America. Includes working with the targeting team, audience strategist, vehicle leads, strategic vendors, and various internal teams (such as Events, Direct, Media, Global Martech, Content & Messaging & Analytics) to build the team’s roadmap & GTM nurture plans, updates to Execs and best practice sharing
Drive design of multi-touch customer journeys in order to connect the nurture paths across Digital Media, Events, Direct marketing, Sales plays and Sales enablement, aligning with Audiences strategist, and critical stakeholders
Orchestrate team’s efforts to communicate updates, prepare executive presentations, content requests, planning sessions, and What Worked Analyses
Drive Nurture & Innovation roadmap. Partner with business stakeholders to collect inputs to develop robust nurture & innovation roadmap
Main POC for vendor meetings, QBRs, planning sessions & exploratory discussions with nurture team and strategic external partners to identify innovative & custom opportunities for programs
Represent the team in discussions with regional NA & Global leaders (CRM, Field Marketing, Campaign Managers, Global Content & Messaging & Global Marketing Technology team), providing a strong POV on what needs to be prioritized for the medium business segment. Flag components of the roadmap that create dependencies on activities, pilots, and KPIs
Partner with CRM team and audience team
Ad-hoc projects as needed
10+ years of marketing experience; MBA preferred.
Ability to develop and articulate high-level marketing strategy
Well-rounded candidate with strong understanding of B2B customer journeys, marketing planning, paid media/direct/events marketing, Ad Tech stack, and data sources (i.e. Merkle, Lattice, Sales force, Eloqua)
Proven relationship building with strategic vendors
Project management expertise; organizational ability
Analytical background and deep expertise on marketing KPIs
Ability to influence without authority and highly matrixed environments
Strong communicator with experience presenting at all levels of an organization
B2B marketing background experience driving strategic marketing efforts
Demonstrates core values, such as accountability, excellence and professionalism Collaborative team player
