Review and understand current support engagements and come up with ideas and solutions to reduce pricing.
Lead Customer & Business discussions with strong Influencing, packaging and presentation skills
Drive Portfolio Analysis, Due Diligence, Best Practice Assessment and Productivity enhancements
Drive innovation and reduced support services cost reduction for Dell customers
Respond to support requests with substantiated and executive approved pricing and terms.
Provide post win sustaining support services.
Significant solutioning and account management experience
Strong knowledge or Dell hardware and Dell hardware support service offerings
Experience of working on various Pre-sales, solutioning and RFP situations with particular emphasis on large deals
Strong knowledge of ITIL concepts, SLA’s, support windows and support operations
Strong presentation and delivery skills
Knowledge of tools to enhance productivity and to automate processes
Subject matter expert in at least one service area or technology and proficient in multiple service areas and technologies.
Skills and experience in constructing complex service solutions in the IT services market.
Advanced understanding of services related processes and technologies.
Thorough understanding of services P&L and cash flow development and business impact.
In-depth knowledge of assessing operational risk on profitability and impacts to support services.
Experience in assessing service delivery cost driver attributes of complex services.
Complete understanding and ability to construct, tailor, and negotiate service contracts (e.g. SOW ) for both customer engagement and partner provisioning.
10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Undergraduate degree and 8-10 years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 6-8 years relevant experience.
