Dell is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to provide administrative support in the collections process. Prepares outstanding accounts reports, hold reports/ cancellation reports, process level reports for Revenue Services and gather credit and/or reference information. Prepares chargeback loss reports and projects losses for reporting purposes. Maintains database by entering, updating and retrieving data, as well as formatting and generating reports.
Responds to internal and external customer account inquiries. Supports internal metrics and goals through collections activities. RESPONSIBILITIES Interfaces with appropriate departments to research outstanding balances and resolve customer issues. Responds to internal and external customer account inquiries. Compiles weekly/monthly reports regarding receivable assets. Follows up with collections/bank/customer to post receipts and ensures minimal payments are moved to suspense account. Works on critical custom invoicing accounts and requests. Interacts with internal stakeholders and manage Generic mailbox/ Fusion/ FSR Queues.
