The Recruiter role requires continuous sourcing of ideal candidates for BSW roles. This position is responsible for continuously researching current and future open positions throughout BHCS to identify recruiting needs. Identifies potential candidate resources to target assigned BHCS open position. Represents BHCS to potential candidates providing follow-up information as necessary.

The ideal Recruiter should have the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally, source candidates through multiple media outlets, and work under pressure and deadlines with a great sense of urgency.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

  • A minimum of 1 year of work experience in HR recruitment
