Baylor Scott & White Health Courier - Temple - PRN in Temple, Texas

The Courier coordinates the collection, transportation and delivery of specimens and results. The Courier picks up and transports specimens in accordance with established policies and procedures to ensure continuity of patient care. The Courier also ensures that tests ordered meet specimen collection criteria, accurately matches requisitions with specimens, logs test results appropriately and immediately communicates any discrepancies or specimen requirement changes with clients. The Courier also maintains vehicle operating condition, ensures both inside and outside of vehicle is neat and clean, and maintains a driving record that meets or exceeds organization standards.

The ideal Courier candidate performs daily work activities in a professional and ethical manner, is courteous and punctual, and has a good/safe driving record.
